BETHANY, W.Va. – The brothers of Bethany College’s Phi Chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity will hold their fifth annual Charity Spaghetti Dinner from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, April 13 at the Bethany Memorial Church. All proceeds will benefit The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, which is Phi Kappa Tau’s national philanthropy.
The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a residential camp and center in Ashford, Conn. that provides year-round services for children with serious illnesses. Legendary film actor Paul Newman, a Phi Kappa Tau brother from his days at Ohio University, was a co-founder of the camp in 1988. Newman named the camp after the gang in his film, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
Tickets are priced at $5 for adults and $3 for children younger than 12. A Chinese auction will accompany the dinner. Anyone unable to attend but interested in making a donation, should contact Philanthropy Chairman Kelson Jerrel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
