BETHANY, W.Va. — Delta Epsilon Pi, the newest sorority on the Bethany College campus, will sponsor a wide-ranging Home Show featuring products designed to enhance every area of a woman’s life. The event, which will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 at the College’s historic Commencement Hall, was conceived as a charity fundraiser for area family shelters.
“The best way to describe it is to imagine all the home shows you can think of coming together under one roof,” said event organizer Amanda Lunsford, an advisor for the first-year sorority. “We have distributors coming in from all parts of the Tri-State area with a wide range of products. This is the first time we’ve brought an event of this type to Bethany and we have been very pleased by the response.”
The theme for the Delta Epsilon Pi home show is “The Ladies Event for the Special Woman in Your Life.” A partial list of exhibitors already committed to the event includes: Pampered Chef, Home Interior, Park Lane Jewelry, Tupperware, Partylite, Home & Garden, Tastefully Simple, The Body Shop, Jeanne’s Homemade Keepsakes, Tre Sorella Tanning and Handbags, The Prime Berry Patch and Avon, Inc.
Admission is a $3 donation with the sorority donating all proceeds from the event to six area family shelters. Anyone interested in exhibiting at the Delta Epsilon Pi Home Show or needing additional information should call Lunsford at (304) 829-7871 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
