BETHANY, W.Va. – On Monday, August 21, Bethany College hosted a viewing party for the campus community during the solar eclipse. Dr. Lisa Reilly, associate professor of chemistry and board member of the NASA West Virginia Space Grant Consortium, assisted students in tracking the NASA live feed of the eclipse path of totality across the United States.

As a member of the NASA Space Grant Consortium, Bethany College provides opportunities for students to participate in NASA programs and activities. We’ll be following the live NASA tracking of the solar eclipse from the Richardson Hall of Science.
