Jay West
Class of 1993

Jay West, ’93, was a four-year letterman on the Bison baseball team. He was team captain and First Team All-PAC in 1991 and 1992. West helped guide the Bison to the 1991 PAC championship and was a Second Team All-Region selection in 1992. In his senior season, he had the highest batting average on the team (.447) and set the Bethany single-season hit record.

Off the diamond, West served as President, Ritualist and Historian for Kappa Alpha Order and was a member of the Phi Delta Psi Physical Education Honor Society. A 1993 graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education, West has been with Aramark Services since 1994, where he is the Nutrition and Food Service Director. He and his wife, Amy, have three children (Joel, Jordan, Jarrod) and reside in Washington, Pennsylvania.
