Phil Krasinski
Cross Country, Track & Field
Class of 1984

Phil Krasinski, '84, is remembered as one of Bethany's strongest distance runners ever. He was a four-year letterman on the cross country team and a three-year letterman on the outdoor track and field team. Krasinski was a member of Bethany's 1980 Regional Championship team in cross country and participated at NCAA Championships in 1980 and 1982. He earned All-PAC twice in cross country ('82, '83) and track ('81, '82) and broke College records in track in the 5,000 and 10,000 meter runs. Krasinski still owns the 10,000 meter record today with a time of 31:47.

When he wasn't running, Krasinski was a member of the Computer Science and Math Clubs and was an officer in the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. A 1984 graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Krasinski is employed by Gaymar Industries. He and his wife, Janet, have three children, Alexander, Emily, and Joseph, and reside in Hamburg, New York.
