Over the next five minutes, ONU went on a 14-4 run, which included baskets by five different players, to take a 10-point lead (32-22) with 5:22 to play in the frame. Through the rest of the half, the Bison were able to cut the lead to as close as six points, going into the locker room down 38-32.

In just three minutes, Ohio Northern turned the game back around, outscoring Bethany 9-2 to cut the Bison lead to two points (76-74) on a basket by Jordan Martin with 2:50 to play.

Bethany would not allow the Polar Bears to overtake them, however, outscoring ONU 12-6 over the final 2:45 to come away with the 88-80 victory.

The Green & White controlled every aspect of the second half, collecting nine steals and getting 20 points off of turnovers. The team also shot 59.4 percent from the field in the second half. Addy also dominated individually, notching 18 of his 21 points in the second stanza.
