Bison Volleyball To Host February Freeze Clinic

Jan. 14 – BETHANY, W. Va. – The Bethany College volleyball team has announced that it will be hosting the February Freeze Clinic on Saturday, February 15 at the Hummel Field House in Bethany.

The clinic will be open to all players, boys and girls, between 1-12 grades. The day will take place in three sessions. The first is a skills clinic to be held for athletes in 1-8 grades. Held between 2-4 p.m., the skills clinic will focus on fundamental development including passing, serving and attacking. Players will be grouped by grade and skill level and the clinic will cost $30.

Sessions number two and three will be held for athletes between 7-12 grades and will each cost $30. Session two, held between 4-6 p.m., will focus on setter and outside hitter training. Session three will deal with defensive training as well as training for middle hitters and will be held from 6-8 p.m.
