Heather Ricciuti is the Director of Libraries & Learning Resources and Professor of Learning Resources at the T.W. Phillips Memorial Library. She is responsible for the overall management of the library’s facilities, collections, and services. Heather has been a member of the Bethany College community since 1997. Prior to serving as Library Director, Heather served as the Public Services Librarian, focused on reference, instruction, and interlibrary loan.
Heather is a member of the American Library Association and the Western Pennsylvania/West Virginia Chapter of the Association of College and Research Libraries. She is an active member in the Appalachian College Association’s Bowen Central Library of Appalachia, holding multiple committee assignments over the last 20 years and participating and presenting at BCLA programs.
