The Office of Student Financial Services at Bethany College is located in the Center for Enrollment. The staff assists students with all of your financial aid and student account needs. All students, including new students, must make sure that they have financial aid verification complete, loans processed, and payment plans set-up prior to arriving to campus.

If your FAFSA application is selected for verification or information is missing, you will receive an introductory email on behalf of the Bethany Financial Aid Office. The email will outline what documentation is needed as well as a link to the Financial Aid Portal for you to upload documents. Students will be notified via email if there are any questions or additional documentation required. Please call (304) 829-7500 if you would like someone to walk you through the process.

Getting financial aid in place will make the billing process much smoother for our students and their families. The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for bill and invoicing tuition, fees, room, and board for Bethany College. We offer online access to your account and electronic invoicing, and we also have installment plan options and online payments. Billing statements will be mailed to all registered students approximately one month prior to the start of the semester.
