The Office of Student Financial Services at Bethany College is located in the Center for Enrollment. Our staff is available to help you with your financial aid and student account needs. All students, including new students, must be certain they have financial aid verification complete, loans processed, and payment plans set-up prior to arriving to campus.

If your FAFSA application is selected for verification or information is missing, you will receive an introductory email on behalf of the Bethany Financial Aid Office. The email will outline what documentation is needed as well as a link to the Financial Aid Portal for you to upload documents. Finalizing your financial aid and account balance BEFORE the start of the semester will allow you to focus your attention on getting to know your classmates, finalizing your course schedule, and enjoying all that Bethany has to offer. If you have questions about your billing statement or how best to pay any account balance you may have, we are here to help you!

The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for billing statement as well as invoicing tuition, fees, room, and board for Bethany College. We offer online access to your account as well as electronic invoicing, Students Accounts professionals can discuss the College’s payment plan options with you and your family. They can also guide your through the online payment process. Billing statements will be mailed to all registered students approximately one month prior to the start of the semester.
