If you’re like most Bethanians, then before you can take part in our life-changing academic programs, you’ll need some help with the cost of tuition. We’ll work to provide you with the maximum amount of financial aid you’re eligible to receive.

Incoming Freshmen: Steps to Enroll
  1. Complete an Admission Application. (Looking for the Common App? Go here.)
  2. Submit official High School (and if applicable) College transcripts
  3. Submit official ACT or SAT scores (OPTIONAL)
  4. Review all of our available opportunities for financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
  5. Apply for financial aid at (Bethany School Code: 003808)

Important Dates:

October 1* – FASFA Opens

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid opens for the following academic year. File your FAFSA as early as possible. Enter our college code: 003808. (*Delayed until December 1, 2023 for 2024-25 academic year.)

Application Deadline – Rolling

We accept applications on a “rolling” basis. However, to ensure you can reserve a spot, we recommend applying as early as possible.

Recommended Deposit Deadline – May 1

While we accept deposit payments after this date, it’s best to get it in before May to ensure you get your first choice in housing.
