BETHANY, W.Va. – Bethany College videos created by a Pittsburgh strategic branding and marketing firm have won recognition in the 8th annual Education Digital Marketing Awards and the 36th annual Education Advertising Awards.

Bethany College and BD&E received Gold awards in the COVID Response and Television Advertising-Single categories of the Education Advertising Awards and in the Streaming/On Demand Content and the COVID Response categories of the Education Digital Marketing Awards.

The COVID Response awards recognized Bethany’s graduation video created by BD&E.

Jeffrey Flick ’82, BD&E president and CEO, graduated from Bethany College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Higher Education Marketing Report sponsors the Educational Advertising Awards, which granted gold awards to 313 institutions.

A panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals judged the more than 2,000 entries from more than 1,000 colleges, universities, and secondary schools in all 50 states and several countries.

The Education Digital Marketing Awards recognize the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media, and social media in 37 categories.
