Lori Weaver serves as Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications at Bethany College, where she leads the College’s integrated strategy to strengthen recruitment, elevate the Bethany brand, and enhance the student experience.

Lori’s extensive background in advancement, marketing, and institutional leadership—combined with her passion for telling Bethany’s story—helps the College build strong enrollment pipelines and deepen engagement with prospective students and families.

A native of Huntington, West Virginia, Lori earned her bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from West Liberty University, with minors in education and psychology. She brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in higher education, including advancement and communications roles at Washington & Jefferson College and other institutions.

Lori is deeply committed to Bethany’s mission and takes pride in ensuring that every student who chooses Bethany finds both opportunity and belonging on campus.
