Official Statement

This morning, police responded to a call at the Sigma Nu House in the town of Bethany. It was reported that two unknown individuals entered the house with a weapon. The College issued an emergency alert telling all on campus to shelter in place.

Police responded, searched the house and the surrounding area, and have given the all-clear. They will continue to investigate the situation. The College has lifted the shelter in place and has returned to business as usual.
