BETHANY, W.Va. – Bethany College welcomes Becky Pauls back to campus in the role of director of annual giving.

Becky Pauls“I’m thrilled to welcome Becky back to Bethany College. Becky brings a wealth of experience and strong relationships with alumni, staff, and faculty that will be instrumental to the growth of the Advancement Office,” said Lori Weaver, vice president of Institutional Advancement.

Pauls has more than 20 years of experience in higher education and most recently served as vice president and chief enrollment officer at Wheeling University.

She previously was Bethany’s director of enrollment management, and in 2019 received the President Award of Excellence for Staff.

At Bethany, she has worked in numerous other roles, which include enrollment and academic services, and was the assistant to President Emeritus Perry E. Gresham. She also was the associate director of admission at Davis & Elkins College.

“I am very pleased to be back at Bethany College and to have the opportunity to work with the Advancement team,” Pauls said. “I look forward to the contact that I will have with Bethany College alumni and friends and being able to witness the impact they have on our current students.”

Pauls has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in education from Ohio State University.

She lives in Bethany with her husband, Ted, and they have two children, Hannah and Garrett.
