On October 8, 2021, the Bethany College Board of Trustees approved this Title IX/Sex Discrimination Policy that covers the entire Bethany College campus including students, faculty, employees, and some visitors. The Policy offers remedies to victims, ensures thorough and proper investigations of all complaints, and provides resources to complainants and respondents.
All Bethany College employees, excluding the College Counselor, Wellness Center employees, and College Chaplain, are mandated reporters regarding incidents of sexual violence, harassment, and discrimination.
