BETHANY, W. Va. (Aug. 15, 2025) – Bethany College Director of Athletics Jen Windmiller has announced the hiring of Noah Gill ‘23 for the position of director of athletic communications, effective immediately.

Gill returns to Bethany after two standout years at Baldwin Wallace University, where he earned his MBA in sport management while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA. During his time in Ohio, Gill served as the primary sports information contact for the Yellow Jackets’ soccer, volleyball, basketball, and baseball teams. He also coordinated operations for the 2024 Ohio Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament, the Berea Regional in the 2024 NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament, and the first round of the 2024-25 NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Tournament.

“I proudly welcome Bethany alumnus Noah Gill back to campus as our next director of athletic communications,” stated Windmiller.  “As a former student-athlete who was actively involved in our athletics communications office during his time at Bethany, Noah brings a deep understanding of our community and a passion for telling the stories of our Bison. His time away at Baldwin Wallace has further prepared him to lead our efforts in game day operations and ultimately celebrate Bethany Athletics.

Gill is no stranger to Bethany Athletics. As a former varsity letterwinner for the Bison football team, he earned an Academic All-Presidents Athletic Conference selection and was deeply involved in the athletic communications office since his freshman year. Gill was also an Honors Scholar and Presidential Scholar, and he received the prestigious John J. Knight Award, given to a senior physical education major who displays outstanding scholarship and athletic participation during his four years at Bethany.

“I am extremely grateful that God gave me the opportunity to return to Bethany as the Director of Athletic Communications,” said Gill. “Bethany has played a major role in my life, and I am excited to give back to my alma mater by recognizing the achievements of all the talented student-athletes that wear the Green and White. I would like to thank Director of Athletics Jen Windmiller, as well as Erikka Sansom, Jeff Miller, Brandon Robinson, and the entire Bethany community for their guidance and support.”

Gill will oversee athletic communications and serve as the primary contact for all NCAA sports at Bethany College. In 2024-25, Bethany produced two national qualifiers, two PAC champions, and four PAC team playoff appearances.
