Tuition & Fees
Think Private College Is Out of Reach? Think Again.
When families first look at private college tuition, the number can feel overwhelming.
But here’s what most students don’t realize:
The published tuition is not what most families actually pay.
At Bethany College, 100% of our students receive financial assistance. Through scholarships, grants, and need-based aid, the actual out-of-pocket cost is often significantly lower than expected.
Before you make assumptions about affordability, we encourage you to look at the full picture.

The tuition and fee information below provides a starting point, but it does not reflect Merit scholarships, institutional grants, Rooted in WV Tuition-Covered eligibility, federal and state aid, and need-based support.

Our FAFSA Glossary explains common terms like Student Aid Index (SAI), demonstrated need, cost of attendance, subsidized vs. unsubsidized loans, verification, and institutional aid.
