The Registrar’s Office helps students navigate every stage of their academic experience, from course registration and academic records to graduation and transcript requests. We work closely with students to ensure their academic records remain accurate and they stay on track to achieve their goals.

Registrar Services
Transcript Requests
Official transcripts are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Electronic transcripts are available for $27.90 and are sent directly to the recipient or the address specified during the request process.
Please note that all financial obligations to Bethany College must be satisfied before an official transcript can be released.
