Transcript Information

Students who attended Bethany College from 2006 to present may request their official transcripts be delivered electronically online through the National Student Clearing House. The fee to deliver an electronic transcript is $13.25.

Students who attended Bethany College prior to 2006 may still fill out the request online but transcripts cannot be sent electronically.

If you do not wish to use the National Student Clearing House you may still submit a Transcript Request Form.

Please allow 72 hours for processing. Transcripts are issued only at the written and signed request of the student or graduate. Official transcripts are sent directly to the recipient, or to the address specified in the request.

A fee of $10.00 per transcript will apply for all official transcripts. Fees must accompany the request. All financial obligations to the College must be paid before a transcript is issued.

Copies of Bethany College transcripts may be requested in writing to:

Please send a completed Transcript Request Form with a check made payable to Bethany College for $10.00 per transcript requested or a credit card number with the expiration date.

If you need Transcripts overnighted via FedEx, there is an additional fee of approximately $30. Please allow 48 hours to process requests. All requests that are unable to be processed due to missing information or an account hold will be destroyed after 30 days.
