The Baccalaureate ceremony scheduled for 5 p.m. Friday will be moved to the gymnasium because of inclement weather forecasts.
With social distancing and other COVID-19 protocols in place on campus, the ceremony will be open only to faculty, cabinet, trustees, and members of the classes of 2021 and 2021. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube for family and friends who would like to attend remotely.
Commencement will take place at Bison Stadium at 10 a.m. Saturday. The gates will open at 8:30 a.m. The ceremony will also be live-streamed via YouTube.
Up to all 8 guests per student (all of whom must have already been registered by this point) are allowed to attend commencement at Bison Stadium so long as social distance is maintained, and masks are worn at all times. In case of inclement weather, commencement will be postponed to a later time on May 8.
With all events at this particular time in our world, health and safety must be our top priority. As such, we expect our graduates and all their families and friends to follow our guidelines, which our entire campus has so diligently been following this year. Thank you for your understanding and adherence. We are hopeful that our livestream option and the parameters we have put in place will allow for a wonderful ceremony and create lasting memories for the Classes of 2021 and 2020.
