Dana Bearer joined Bethany College as Vice President for Enrollment Management in August of 2022.

She comes to Bethany from State University of New York, Fredonia, where she helped establish systems to aid in enrollment planning and direct recruiting as the undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and international director of admissions and recruitment. Prior to SUNY, she served as the Director of Admissions at the University of Pittsburgh, Greensburg, Associate Director of Enrollment at Clarion University, and the Interim Director of Admissions at Saint Francis College.

Dana has a Master’s of Education with a focus in educational administration from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. She hopes to be an impactful and transformational leader for Bethany College.
