Bethany College Overnight Visitation Policy

Center for Enrollment and Department of Athletics

The Overnight Visitation Information must be received for overnight guests at least 3 business days prior to their scheduled overnight dates.  This form is required for all visiting students staying overnight at Bethany College.  If a student plans to make their own arrangements with a friend or relative, this form should still be completed to ensure accurate contact information in the event of an emergency.

This information will be shared with all appropriate offices that will be affected during a student’s scheduled overnight stay.

If this form is not completed and parent/guardian, perspective student, and host student signatures are not collect, the prospective student DOES NOT have permission to stay overnight at Bethany College.

The Overnight Visitation Information should be completed by the Center for Enrollment, Department of Athletics, or specific office associated with perspective student’s visit.  The information for parents/guardians, perspective students, and host students should be electronically sent to them and received back at least 3 business days prior to their arrival.
