Move-In Day & FastPass Information
Your Bethany Journey Starts Here
The day you have been waiting for is almost here. Move-in marks the beginning of your Bethany experience, and we are excited to welcome you to campus.
Before you arrive, you will complete FastPass, your required pre-arrival checklist that prepares you for a smooth and successful move-in day.
What is FastPass?
FastPass is a required course in Canvas that appears on your student dashboard. Inside the course, you will complete a series of important tasks and forms before coming to campus.
What You Need to Do
To be ready for move-in, all incoming students must:
- Log in to Canvas
- Find the FastPass course on your dashboard
- Complete all required items by the posted deadline
FastPass opens in early May, so you can get started and check things off your list well before move-in day.
Why It Matters
Completing FastPass ensures you are fully prepared for move-in so you can spend less time on logistics and more time settling in, meeting your classmates, and starting your Bethany experience.
Students who have not completed FastPass will need to finish remaining requirements during move-in.

- Power strip/surge protector
- Lamps (especially residents of Cochran Hall)
- Alarm clock
- General school supplies (pens, pencils, etc.)
- Flash drive
- Laundry supplies (basket, soap, dryer sheets)
- Eating utensils, bowls, plates, cups
- Bedding: pillows, sheets, blankets
- Iron and small ironing board
- Shower supplies (towels, soap, robe, etc.)
- First aid kit
- Shower shoes
- Umbrella
- All-purpose cleaner
- Can opener
- Coat hangers
- Desk lamp (non-halogen)
- Fan
- Flashlight with extra batteries
- Refrigerator (under 4 cubic feet)
- Storage boxes
- Lock boxes
- 3M Command strips
